Explanation of Responses:

1. 15,226,805 shares are held of record by Anderson Investments Pte. Ltd. ("Anderson Investments"), which is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Thomson Capital Pte. Ltd. ("Thomson Capital"). Thomson Capital is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Tembusu Capital Pte. Ltd. ("Tembusu Capital"), which in turn is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited ("Temasek Holdings"). Thomson Capital and Tembusu Capital may therefore be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of the securities held by Anderson Investments. 1,920,000 shares are held of record by another indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, which may therefore, through the direct and indirect ownership described above, be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of the aggregate of the securities beneficially owned by Tembusu Capital and the aforesaid other indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.
